Welcome to the April Fools for Love blog hop, sponsored by the SFR Station. In trying to come up for a post for the event, I thought about some of the foolish things my characters have done for the one they love. For instance:
In Tethered, my succubus-like heroine Tyree went against the strict, inflexible coda of her entire species by falling in love with a mere human. In return he risked war with a race determined and capable of wiping out everyone else.

In Imprint, alien lawman Tevik places his whole existence into the hands of Jiona, the thief he'd pursued and finally captured, in order to win her trust and her love. And you can read more of that story for free!

I won't risk naming favourites!
ReplyDeleteThe more fools the merrier, I say!
ReplyDeleteYour covers are so amazing!
ReplyDeleteI have so many favorites, it's hard to pick one... There's Star Wars, of course. :P I really liked Enemy Mine. The Yuuzhan Vong books of the Star Wars universe (The New Jedi Order) is the only book series I waited impatiently for each one to come out. I loved Firefly and even Farscape. I can watch Galaxy Quest over and over and never get tired of it.... So many good things! =D
I read Imprint in Tales From The SFRB and can't wait to read more from you Pippa!
ReplyDeleteOh man. You characters eff-up big time. So great. Isn't it ALWAYS for love? And they never learn. Thanks for stopping by my blog.
ReplyDeleteYou do write brave heroes and heroines!
ReplyDeleteI love the way Pippa Jay writes. It's perfection!
ReplyDeleteSo many SFR movies/shows/books I love. If I can only pick one...Star Wars. I am loving the show The 100 at the moment though.
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the upcoming re-release of Keir, Pippa!
