Hi all and welcome to another six. Big thanks to all those who visit, and especially to those who comment.
This 6 is from another WIP still untitled, but it's a prequel to my current MS Keir. Quin is meeting her soul mate Darion who is in human form for the first time. Read, hopefully enjoy, and then check out the other Six Sentences here!
Quin stood at the balcony and shivered, though not with cold. Her heart raced in a mixture of apprehension and excitement, and she felt as though every inch of her skin had been brushed by fingers of sunlight. It both thrilled and frightened her to feel like that. For all those years that Darion had shared her mind, she still felt that she really knew nothing about him at all, not as a person. Not as a man.
‘You know my heart,’ a voice murmured, and she turned to face him.
